Jordan Mittler, Principal

Jordan Mittler is the Founder and Principal of LevelUP Dental Advisors, LLC and a dental industry executive with more than 25 years of experience spanning both the business and clinical sides of dentistry, including Oral Implantology and full-mouth reconstruction.

Among his most notable career accomplishments was helping introduce the first Automated Autologous Platelet Concentrate System while at Harvest Technologies, Corporation. He later held a variety of leadership roles with BioHorizons® and Envista Corp™, where he collaborated with many of the most influential clinicians, educators and business leaders in the dental profession.

Throughout his career, Jordan recognized a common challenge facing dental professionals: many clinicians enter the profession with exceptional clinical training but limited exposure to the business principles required to build sustainable, profitable practices and develop successful long-term exit strategies.

To address this need, he founded LevelUP Dental Advisors, LLC, a firm dedicated to bridging the gap between clinical excellence and business success. The company provides business consulting, educational resources, professional development programs, and networking solutions tailored to dental practitioners and post-doctoral dental residents. Through these services, LevelUP empowers clinicians to confidently start, grow, acquire, or join practices while building profitable, well-managed careers.

In addition, Jordan is an Authorized Disability and Life Insurance Agent, uniquely positioned to help clinicians and dental industry executives protect their financial futures while navigating every stage of their professional journey. Jordan resides in Manhattan with his wife, Lisa, an event planner, and their young daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, strength training, cycling, exploring New York City’s jazz venues, new culinary experiences and spending quality time with family and friends.
